If something's off, say which screen and what you were doing. At the bottom of "About this app" in Settings you can copy the diagnostic text; paste it in and the device and run state come with it. It holds no records and no names.
You press one of three zones at the bottom of the screen: front-left, ahead, front-right. To see where the zones split, turn on Show zones in Settings. It shows by itself on the very first run.
The stone you land on starts sinking right away. Early stones are slow, but past sixty they get quick. The wide rest stone every twenty-five stones sinks slowly, so breathe there.
When the path splits at a rest stone, only front-left and front-right are stone. Either one is fine.
The ad only plays when you tap the coin slab on the end screen, and the slab only appears when an ad is already loaded. No connection, or no ad yet, means no slab. If you declined consent in Europe, the slab stays away; that's by design. The game runs the same without it.
Records, coins and characters live on the device, and if iCloud is on they sync with your other devices on the same Apple account. Deleting the app clears the device's copy; what's in iCloud comes back when you reinstall. We don't keep a server copy because that would mean making you an account.
The shop shows a one-line riddle for each. That's all there is. Pull it off and the character arrives on the spot.
It's built for iPhone. It runs on iPad, but at iPhone size.
Nothing. There's nothing to buy in the app right now. Every character opens with coins or by meeting its condition.
